1-Information You Provide.

We collect information about you when you use the Site or interact with us offline, including information you provide when you send us your resume, contract with us to receive our services, contact us, or apply for a job. The following categories are information we collect that you voluntarily provide to us:

  • Candidate Applicant Data, including employment history, past professional experience, resume, salary, education history, transcript, writing samples, and references.

2-Information Collected Automatically.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information. The following categories are information we collect automatically:

  • Site Use Data, including data about your device and browser type, operating system, device identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address or MAC address, Site features you use, pages you visit, emails you view, the time of day you browse, and your referring and exiting pages.

3-Information on Behalf of Our Clients.

We provide a service for our clients and business partners and collect and process information about individuals within the organizations of clients and/or business partners as necessary to provide such service (“Client Data”). Client Data has historically included contact data, contact’s business title and position description, related project details and related project notes. Our processing of Client Data is governed by the terms of our service agreements with our customers and/or business partners. Where Client Data includes personal data, we will treat such personal data in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, plus any additional restrictions imposed by contract with our client and/or business partners. We are not responsible for how our clients and/or business partners treat the information we collect on their behalf, and we recommend you review their own privacy policies.

4-Potential Candidate Data

If you are a potential candidate that has provided us personal data to share with our clients or clients of our business partners, we will retain such data in our applicant tracking system (a database of candidates and related employment information). We will use this data to identify potential candidates to our clients or clients of our business partners when we receive requests that a potential candidate may be qualified for and send the potential candidate’s resume information to the applicable client for consideration.

5-Information from Other Sources.

We also collect information from other sources. The following are the categories of sources we collect information from:

  • Users of our Services, including clients, business partners, and business partner clients that may provide the name and contact information of other employees of such clients to be used in connection with providing our services.
  • Data brokers from which we purchase data to supplement the data we collect, including background check-related criminal convictions, credit information, driving record information, and employment verification data.
  • Social networks when you engage with our content, reference our services, make information from a social network platform publicly available, or grant us permission to access private information from a social network platform, including LinkedIn.
  • Business Partners that offer co-branded services or otherwise engage in joint activities related to our services.
  • Publicly-available sources, including data in the public domain.

B. SMS Terms & Conditions.

 

1-SMS Consent Communication: The information as phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Libertas Group, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries
  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

For example, we may share information with international partners in connection with searches for business partner clients located outside of the U.S. and in connection with searches for international candidates for our U.S.-based clients.

We share information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, purchase, sale, reorganization, liquidation, change in control, or any other type of acquisition or business combination of all or any portion of our assets, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another business.
