How We Create Success for Clients & Candidates

Each search is led by a Senior Consultant and a team of research assistants that specialize in financial services. The Senior Consultant is responsible for communications with the Client to fully understand the scope and requirements of the search. They also manage the review of all candidates with the Client until the search is complete.

The Senior Consultant is also responsible for managing the search team, including setting the search criteria and reviewing, interviewing, and screening all candidates sourced by the research team.

Finally, the Senior Consultant is responsible for the negotiation of offers and successful recruitment of all finalist candidates in a manner that meets the interests of both our clients and our candidates.
